Needs work to load loans faster and allow renewals

Always been useful in the past, especially for renewals. But, now in searching for a book I am given a list of Essex libraries where I can find the book. This is an App for Surrey! I don’t want to go to Essex for my books! Also, now when you click on a book, you cannot get back to the home page without closing and relaunching the App. Dreadful functionality.

Used the app for years with few problems. Now latest update has cut me out. Clicking on the app support page resorts to error 404. File or directory not available. Nor at all helpful.

This app was really handy until recently. It now isn’t working at all. I can’t search for any books and am unable to see what is on the shelf. Now it is completely pointless. I can’t believe it has been left broken for over a month, too! Unbelievable.

I have used the app for a long time with no issues. Now the search function is not working so I can’t reserve any books. I’ve tried reinstalling and it hasn’t helped.

Get error message unhandled exception, so can’t renew books and will get fined

Have used the app regularly for a very long time and was impressed at the ease we could renew, search and request books to our local branch - however today it had logged itself out and when we try and log back in we just get an error message.

I have switch my phone on and off and the app still doesn’t want to open!! Wanted to renew a book before due … guess what I couldn’t… there is no point on having an app to assist when doesn’t really work. Unless it is my phone, although every app in my phone is working with not a problem!! It is quite disappointing

Search and reserve books, renew and manage my loans - all works well. Shame to see negative comments for what is a free service without the resources to invest in a more fancy app.
