Increasingly pay to win

This game keeps getting worse and worse in terms of being a f2p player.Weeks stuck on one chapter simply because I don't want to spend 100 euros to get a slight advantage. The events don't do anything if you don't spend money on overpriced 'sales items' , they just give you maybe a couple of items. All in all, a terrible game made for whales.

Unreasonable ads for money

Doesnt make sence when all the ads just want me to pay 3-5€ for just a small amount of coint or whatever.

About this game & developer...

I used to love this game, but it's becoming increasingly unfriendly to new players. The constant updates with hard-to-obtain items make it nearly impossible to keep up. The game is no longer viable for free-to-play players, and even those who spend money are feeling overwhelmed. I find myself spending more each month just to stay competitive. The player base even boycotted the game for a month, including high spenders. Our messages to the developers went ignored, and their Q&A session was the worst I've ever seen. Their responses were dismissive, often saying, "It's difficult now," and even claimed that "luck is also a form of skill," which is absurd. Question:"Paying players lately feel that packs have been getting worse, where 100 dollars got you pretty far in the game a year ago, it barely makes a dent currently, what are your plans to address this issue?" Answer: "Sorry, this question is very difficult to answer". This is not how you communicate with your player base. I'm extremely disappointed with the direction this game & developer is heading.

Idk why but some people say the game gets boring but no im at chapter 120 and im haveing fun

Please fix the game!!! Its full of bugs its a great game but i literally cant play the game at times

Crashing

Love it. But the game crashes on a daily basis last two weeks, with the game itself crashing there is a sound like a grinding noise. Thanks

Addictive, but turned out to be very bad

At first I really enjoyed this game - the power-ups are very cool, BUT the speed at which you are leveling-up is very very slow. There are no challenges. Every game you play is identical to the last one. You can't buy anything from the store from the gold you collect in the game. In general, addictive at first but turned out to be a very bad game. If you want people to continue playing it you seriously need to consider upgrading it.
