SUU

The app opens a blank black screen currently. It’s a decent app when it works. Just want it to work. Don’t know who to talk to about getting it fixed.

In beta of 16.4 the app opens to blank white screen and never loads anything. Please fix before mass roll out of IOS 16.4.

Since the app updated, I no longer have the digital ID card option in the ‘ME’ section. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still missing.

The app is great, but I’ve run into a bug where the notifications list is always empty. I get them displayed on my phone banner, but not in app. Makes it a little hard to stay up to date!

This app is great and they are always updating it with new features. Quick access to campus events, class schedule, and campus map. The computer lab usage is handy when it's time for finals. Finding an open computer can be a pain sometimes. This app helps a ton.

Can't sign in. Campus map only shows where SUU is located, doesn't label what all the buildings are. When contacting support, can't view ticket. Get it together guys!

My user name and password for this app doesn't work- works on everything else?? SUU can you help answer this?

I can't sign in.

It won't let me sign in. I know I am typing everything in correctly. It will be a great app if I can log in.
