Suyool

This used to be my favorite wallet, but not anymore. It’s become incredibly difficult to add money to my e-wallet through BOB. The BOB agents are rude and unprofessional, and it’s the only option for deposits. BOB is a terrible company, and no one likes to deal with their service for years!!!!! they are truly awful. On top of that, while all other competitors let customers easily scan the Areeba QR to make payments, Suyool refuses to allow this convenient feature, pushing their own system that no one cares about. Areeba is far superior, yet Suyool chooses to ignore it. I’ve switched all my deposits to another service. It’s their loss!!

Why is it so hard to add money in this garbage app

Honestly one of the first applications in Lebanon that barely has any bugs or glitches, can seamlessly switch currencies without any taxes based on the live market rate. Has an acceptable tax of a dollar if the topup is by card, and works on all the international websites, also both deposits and withdrawals have no commissions.

Suyool is an excellent mobile wallet app that makes managing your money easy and secure. With user-friendly features and strong protection, it simplifies your financial transactions and stands out as one of the best apps out there.

As one of the earliest adopters of Suyool, I've been using the app for quite some time and have often recommended it to others. However, during my recent trip to Portugal, I encountered a significant issue. Despite having full trust in the app and had put all my money into it to use my card during the trip, I faced multiple rejections when trying to use my card for transactions, presumably due to technical issues with the card provider or Visa, I really don’t know what. Consequently, I had to resort to withdrawing money from an ATM, incurring unnecessary exchange rate losses. While the Suyool team has promised a refund for the exchange rate difference, I'm now left waiting for the card provider to process the refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I had carefully budgeted for my entire..

I love it guys! Setup was easy, and I got my card sooner than I expected! The services I like the most are the VISA Platinum Debit Card and eSIM plans! Keep it up! 💳✨

As Me I prefer not to deal with cash. Suyool has proven to be the best option for me, allowing seamless instant sending, receiving, and payments. However, some additional features could enhance the overall experience, but overall, it meets my needs.

The app is really good(the best for transactions so far) but you guys should only add an important feature which is Biometrics app security (Unlock app with face id,fingerprint…etc) it adds more security and privacy for the app, asides from that good job!!

Suyool really did simplified my daily payments! Never knew that cashless payments would be so easy and secure until this app came out. I highly recommend it!
