What is the use of this application if no one is addressing the complaints? I raised a complaint a month ago, but there has been no response or action taken so far.

There needs to be a way for citizens to - 1) citizen should be able to post more than one image/ photo in the comments of complaints 2) citizen can click and zoom photos posted in comments (as many times photos posted by authorities are fraud photos) 3)here should be a way to invite others in the area to vote and comment for the same complaint if they are facing the same issue. 4) the complaint reopen time should be increased to atleast a week so that citizens can monitor the situation for a few days.

During lodge complaint location select area, also required to add address.

No use on ground just an app

This is the condition of our country.. I thought this will solve the issue but it will make your conditions worse.. we have to call the van manually and pay them to take the garbage..stop wasting money developing this kind of app which will not help anyone.. hopeless service 🙏🏻

Location picks up inky current location. Ecennwgikd editing it does not allow the first location to be changed

Very bad experience here no one care about our request for sewrage overflow. I complaint many time but all useless. Sutta pea sara swachhta abhyaan. Thats why people dont like our country,because of these govt caretaker
