There needs to be a way for citizens to - 1) citizen should be able to post more than one image/ photo in the comments of complaints 2) citizen can click and zoom photos posted in comments (as many times photos posted by authorities are fraud photos) 3)here should be a way to invite others in the area to vote and comment for the same complaint if they are facing the same issue. 4) the complaint reopen time should be increased to atleast a week so that citizens can monitor the situation for a few days.

Fake resolved pics posted every time I posted for complaint. Is it possible such fake in this digital era. Still garbage there no resolution

My request is open and same status since weeks. Reason why we’re being hateful in foreign society. I wonder why this app is still in app store?

No action on complaint … delete this application if there is no one has to litsning

Just Like their government, here government employees making fool of the people. Sad part is that government employees are not afraid of investigation against them. They are posting just random pictures to close the complaints. Governments will increase their salaries just to win the elections.

I made complaint one year ago and day before yesterday also raised complaint drainage tank damage no one came and find the issue an try to resolve this issue instead of coming on place to resolve this they replied on complaint thanks for your interest its humble request don’t use this aap it time wasting Next time while voting please select genuine leader.

No action being taken against the complaints. Resolved without resolution
