App not working again
Yet again the app has completely stopped working. No live view available and now won’t pair with NVR. Swann becoming more and more unreliable

Swann’s wired security systems, including all of our latest DVR and NVR series, now work seamlessly with wireless solutions such as Swann's new range of Indoor and Outdoor Wi-Fi security cameras.

Please note that other Swann CCTV and IP camera models will not work with this app. This page will be updated as new compatible products are released.
Note: This app uses a data stream that will connect to your Swann system via 4G/5G or Wi-Fi. When using 4G/5G, the video from your Swann device may be considered "downloads" by your phone service provider and could contribute to any download limit your phone data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.

Too slow
So slow to load up. Can’t seem to access live view lately either…
Doesn’t work
New app version doesn’t work with old cameras unable to get connection or see videos anything . Pair devices doesn’t provide only asks for QR code but old cameras have barcode
Really poor
The CCTV at home is good but the app is appalling. Always loses connectivity and can never check when out. Would never buy Swann again.

App stopped working since yesterday I cannot watch live or playback

If I uninstall and reinstall will work once then not working again

Just bought and set up. App is useless and dosn’t work. No play back or live view. Pointless app.
Disappointed
I have 4 camera set up all of which I can monitor supposed to be through the app on my phone. Well let me tell you I am in the Middle East and it does not work . Uninstalled and installed the app several times by nothing, no live view or recordings. It was giving live view and recordings but very quickly stopped although the system is working at home, we have made no changes to it
No live since last update
Since the latest update I am unable to access live view and playback
App broken - please fix
I have 2 separate NVRs on different networks, and one stopped responding, other is fine. I can view the unresponsive one in HomeSafe View with no issues, but not in Swann security app. Having deleted NVR from app I now can’t add it again, but I can add with no issues on my iPad running Swann Security v 5.4.2 build 1660. That indicates the latest version of this app is broken.
