By far the lousiest mode of transport provided. Only Companies who are low on budget and wishes to see their employees suffer uses this mode of transport.

the bus didn’t even turn up when i call the service hotline they keep saying i didn’t show up i was waiting for 10 mins i didn’t see any bus here to pick me and i haven’t even finish talking they hang up on me do better .

Bus doesn’t show up at all for 3 consecutive time slots and left a bunch of people stranded. They were only aware of this huge hold in their own operations AFTER people wrote in to complain. Then they sent out a notice informing people that the bus was not operating… 10mins AFTER the bus was supposed to depart already. It was absolutely useless. Also no one I know of has actually successfully gotten reimbursed for their transport, do not waste your time trying

It’s the start of the year and already the bus has already no show for two consecutive days. What’s worst is the bus operator only informed the passengers that the bus is not coming 40 mins from the supposedly pick up timing. My office is at Tuas south, do you think any grab drivers want to come in? Furthermore, I have seen buses with only two passengers inside and then drove off. Please seriously improve the planning of the buses.

Coordination of bus operator and bus captain are not good, bus always late and sometime no show up. Operator reply is just copy paste and no improvement at all with all the concerns.

What’s happening to the app now. Can’t send feed back. Can’t book bus. Hanging and running off.

Poorly designed especially with no differentiation in critical and non critical alert notifications
