Great work out programs and variety, the best team. Love it!

I started at sweat 440 last week. Since the moment I arrived Daniel welcomed me with a great smile!!! I love the routines, they are different everyday, I love the music, the cleanness, the athmosphere, the app, the people…. classes start every 10 minutes so for me, it works really good since I am not really well organized with my schedule….. so I can jump in at any time. I LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Daniel is always trying to help everybody, to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and motivating us to do better!!! HE IS AN AWESOME TRAINER!!!! Thank you Danny!!!

Lo amo, todo súper cuidado, todo limpio, las máquinas e implementas perfectos , el sistema es muy entretenido, cambia , te desafía y te sorprende! 40 minutos concentrado! No pierdes tiempo esperando máquinas , ni conversando! Vas a lo tuyo , terminas y te vas! Y lo mejor? Las personas e instructores son una maravilla de personas! Todos !!! 💕 simplemente lo amo.

I absolutely love the workouts! The staff members are very helpful, friendly, and motivating. The app is SO easy to use!

I love this challenging workout. There is no excuse not to go when the classes start every 10 minutes. Reminds me of basketball circuit workouts. Lights, music, and mirrors make the workout the best, most intense workout since high schoo!!!!

Since February 2024 - Sweat440 has been my favorite workout for sure! Great staff, great members, great exercises! Highly recommend for all levels of fitness!

Absolutely love this concept . Even if you don’t feel like going the second you walk in the door the music and enthusiasm gets you in gear . It’s over before you know it and you leave feeling accomplished . Flexible schedules , super clean , variable exercises , literally for every level from beginner to expert makes this facility a 10/10 .
