Ordered the food for a post but the food arrived 2 hours late. Sweetgreen sneed to improve on food delivery.

It really dosent allow me to ise my sweetpass + account to have $3 off everyday! It takes a regular non-discounted total for me everytime I order, confusing!

I’m obsessed with Sweetgreen. I haven’t craved something so much since I first discovered Chipotle. Everything you can possibly order is delicious. Way healthier. This is the future.

Tried over 30 times for email verification and still doesn’t work. Customer support is no help with their robotic, copy and past response. I guess no more sweetgreen for me, as you are not going to get another email account from me.

I wasn’t able to apply my sweetpass &3 discount to Delivery

I’m a little confused about the benefit of the sweet pass. I come about 1-2 times a week so I get points and often will get the $5 credit (which is great!) but then I’m unable to use the perk of the $3 off for having the sweet pass. I think it would make most sense for me to cancel the sweet pass membership if I can’t use both rewards at the same time. I feel the $3 off should be every time regardless if I have another credit to use or not. I will cancel the membership if I’m not able to use the $3 for each order. Otherwise it just doesn’t make sense to have
