Great app to track, but just to load the app and to see the American taxi advert is annoying especially you put your phone down down for 2 seconds and it pops up again. Very very annoying... It's not nessary a d it's not new York.

Booked a taxi for 22:15 Friday night to go to Lutterworth and Bruntingthorpe, when we got in the taxi the driver said it would be £35 half way to Lutterworth he changed his mind and said £45 Didn’t have any option had to pay the extra or walk home.

Works a charm. But you can not book about a month in advance so I called to do this and checked that my booking from the app had worked and it had. So this does work. And cash payment no cards needed to set this up.

I used the app today at 13:10 to book a car for an important meeting. I got the text "Your taxi for 13/12/2016 14:20 from XXXX has been booked, please call 0116 26 28 222 if you need to change your booking". I went to the front reception of the building at 14:15. I waited until 14:30 and no taxi had arrived. I phoned the office to enquire to be told the car had not been booked. The operative told me not to use the app in future and to phone direct when I need a cab. I was then told that I would not be picked up for another 40 minutes. Totally unsatisfactory and waste of my time and the people I was meeting. I eventually arrived at my 15:00 meeting at 16:15. Thanks Swift for not living up to your name. As the operative said, don't use the app.

Waited 20 mins for a taxi, operator messing around trying to figure out what happened. Cancelled and got an uber, need to improve the service vastly.

I downloaded this app and stored my debit card .... then was charged £1.01 for no reason. My wife booked a taxi but the driver insisted on being paid £6 in cash although the fare of £9 had been paid already on her debit card. Dodgy!

Couldn't find a destination and seems a bit clunky. Uber and Karhoo are miles better. Not many drivers on this app

Useless - booked it on APP - when checked by phone was told (1) didn't have booking (2) then located it but (3) told it would be 1hr 15 minutes later because they were busy! I was told by the receptionist that there 'was no point in using the APP

The app doesn't work so had to ring the company and wait ages to book one, so much for being quicker.

Cancelling bookings without telling me, always going to the wrong address, claiming they turned up and left when I was stood outside waiting... And not ever an apology! Won't be using them again, been messed around too much!
