You've spent a lot of time and money developing an app that's MUCH WORSE than the old one. All my friends who use it are horrified. It's awful and inconvenient. The only feature that has actually improvedis the face ID login for iPhones. That could have been enough.

The old version was much better; the new one is just a nightmare. Why: - They completely removed online consultations. Now it's IMPOSSIBLE to ask questions and solve problems. Because the chatbot can't do it, and you can't reach anyone by phone. - It doesn't show data (refunds, permissions, etc.). Now you have to write to the chatbot and waste time on a bunch of dumb questions. - They removed information about important phone numbers. Now I don't know where to turn if I need help. - HUGE problem with prescriptions! I used to order electronic prescriptions through the Sweety chatbot. But it hasn't been working for a month! And you're not fixing it. Because of this, I can't get a prescription for the medication I need. And for which I pay you for a discount. So, you're violating our agreement. - They change the bill amount in one day! Yesterday the payment amount was 138,000 pesos, and today it's already 210,000 pesos. And there's no confirmation for this amount, no invoice. It's illegal! - Crazy and inconvenient sorting for doctor appointments! Before, you could select the needed branch from the list. Now they offer a huge list of districts. And there are hardly any branches in any of the districts. What's the point? You don't understand that this is inconvenient for users? - No information about past appointments. Why did you remove this feature? I want to know which doctors I saw and when, what their names were. I pay you BIG MONEY to have complete information about my medical care. And what do you give me for it? A faulty app, lack of communication with administrators, and several months of waiting for a doctor's appointment. Now this is the most terrible app in Argentina. I've been using Swiss Medical for over a year; my payments started at $150 and reached $420. This is a lot of money in Argentina. But Swiss Medical makes its customer service worse and worse. They made a terrible app that should be thrown away. They complicated communication with the administration. And they keep increasing the bills. Bring back the old app and remove the terrible new one!

please, fix entering with face id! it does not save document type, and for me with passport it does not work as expected. i need to manually change it every time.

La app funciona lentamente y es un dolor de dientes elegir turnos asi. Para pasar de fecha a fecha tenes que esperar como medio minuto para cambiar de una fecha para la otra. Tampoco se puede ingresar una fecha que te interesa sino que tenes que si o si ir de la de hoy hasta el dia que necesitas. Ahora tampoco se mestran turnos disponibles para enero, no me muestra absolutamente ninguno. Por teléfono es más comodo por ahora.

Hace días que no permite el acceso y no me deja visualizar mi credencial. Un desastre!

Es muy lenta, se queda pensando. Ayer fui a hacerme un estudio y nunca me abrió para generar token. Me pedía actualizar, y se tildaba y no actualizaba. No tenemos credencial física. Tuvieron q llamar del centro médico al 0800. Hoy sigue sin abrirme a pesar que me dejó actualizar,
