So I’ve been JaSures biggest fan since day 1. The ease of it all and the simple system has led me to recommend it to all my friends… I have many assets insured and I loved it all until the day it came to claim. I thought JaSure would be different. I was gifted a pair of sunglasses from someone I used to see and have been paying for them on insurance for about 4 months. Unfortunately, I lost them recently and despite paying for them monthly, proving with photos that I had them and explaining the situation to them, JaSure won’t give me back the amount they were insured for. In fact they have offered me 0%, taken my monthly payment and told me I’ll have to go back to this person and ask for her proof of purchase which she doesn’t have. Stupid how they let you pay for something you claim back. Don’t fall into this trap. This is just another rip off insurance company. Just go to the lesser of the evils and consider discovery. Thanks for now 👍

Funny how they try and roast insurance companies with the 1995 line. But can’t keep up with people using personal vehicles for work. A++

They do not tell you that there’s a limit to the cover they’ll give you on your car. So you see the ad, download the app, fill everything out, and then they reject you because it’s too expensive. Why not start with that?

I have 3 cars. The first car (a well know 2017 model) didn’t exist on the drop-down. The 2nd car “exceeds max allowed value “ (it’s not THAT expensive) and the 3rd car was too old. Waste of data downloading this.
