This app has changed my indivual training. It improves your focus and it trains your brain like the gym trains the muscles.

This app will not only challenge you to push yourself physically but also mentally. It’ll help you increase your hand-eye coordination and stimulate the brain to react in game like situations. Also the app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Each session requires a max 20 minutes to do so it’ll be easy to squeeze into the day if you want to improve and join the 1%💪🏾

Switchedon App right away was simple to start using! There are so many easy ways to get started. With most great leaps in cutting edge technology it is hard to keep up. However every upgrade to this App has allowed for maximizing potential gains with the same easiness as the starting point. Upgrades have also allowed for trainers or coaches as well as individual players to help not just themselves individually, but add multiple players from their team to the same drill workouts simultaneously. We have been using the Switchedon App for 3yrs now. My son for athletic sports purposes, my 83 year old mom for everyday better quality of aging, and myself, to keep sharp and attentive I’m work, and play. How I found myself to trying the App: I was struggling to find my son the best way to keep him safe, and continue developing him a major competitive edge in ice hockey. Ice hockey if you don’t know is anything but average. All body functions working at one time. The goal is to get all of the body functions working harmoniously. Switchedon App was the key! It has helped slow everything down in his mind while speeding everything up on the ice. The ability to SCAN the ice and process the DATA from his new ability to scan front, back, and sideways allows my player to decipher the best option of what to do next in the quickest of motions. As far as SAFETY my player’s head is always up, and on a swivel! Making and allowing my player to be safer on the ice. In some ways having more control over the physicality that opposing player’s have towards him while playing the puck. Switchedon App has been greatly beneficial for us in one more place. It has been the biggest TOOL in the chest to helping my player make great gains in condition strengthening. The App allows the brain to focus mentally while workings on your physical rep’s. Therefore the focus is more on the flashing numbers, arrows, or colors on your devices screen. I call it my “Jedi mind trick” to getting athletes better prepared for practices and game times. I suggest this to all physical therapist, sports trainers ,coaches player’s, but especially PARENTS for multiple purposes surrounding COGNITION development. Personally, it has definitely been the SECRET SAUCE for merging mental and athletic progressions. Those that have started using it on my suggestion are make the same metric leaps we have seen!

I love this app and is one of the best apps in the Apple store because the benefits of it its huge. I am a sailor and during my races and training my brain needs to be thinking from the moment I rig the boat to the moment I come back to the water. Switched on has helped me to train my cognitive side on land. I do love to do warm-ups in my gym session with it, I love to play games with friends with it too… to see who is faster at choosing colors. And recently I started using it with my dog to try to teach him right and left reaction. The benefits are incredible, it is an app that every human should use to develop their cognitive intelligence.

I have been using this app for a little over a year now. I have seen a vast improvement, in my footwork and footspeed. I don't have enough good things to say about this app I think it's way worth the benefits. This app is unlike anything I have ever used before, and I'm grateful for using this app.

Easy to use, makes training engaged. A necessity for all sports and rehab.

This is an excellent app for soccer reaction training, field awareness, and eye control while dribbling. Easy to use as well. Must have for coaches.
