As a stay-at-home mother who drives my children to multiple athletic events for hours each week, I can’t express how grateful I am for your amazing podcast. It truly gets me through those long drives. Your content stands strong against the noise of current trends that permeate so much else out there. Keep up the fantastic work—this momma needs her driving material!

I’ll start by saying I’ve been a fan for a long time. I was even a paid subscriber. I love the content, i love mikes opinions. My only gripe is that recently the episodes seem to mostly be comprised of court or police audio recordings with mike just repeating the unfolding story as it goes along. I just feel like it’s missing some of the investigative elements that originally made it so appealing

I love S&S but the app has big problems. It is impossible to listen to an entire episode offline despite it being downloaded because there is some background subscription checker that requires the internet. I understand the need to validate the subscription but it needs to be less often. Maybe if you pay by the month, check it monthly? App is also heavy on data usage even trying to listen to downloaded episodes. You also can’t access the player menu after starting a downloaded episode unless you back out to the main menu. Please fix! Also allow us to filter out played episodes

I’ve been listening to this podcast since 2016 and it was my favorite one until it wasn’t. The host is constantly making passive aggressive remarks, misogynistic comments, and even slights towards his listeners. Boring episodes now too will cancel my subscription 🥱 no worth my $. And don’t even get me started on the MINUTES long music in between… that he’s been asked by many to change, but he DGAF and has even made jokes of it. I’m all for saying it like it is, being non PC, being stubborn and a d! ck, but he takes it overboard. And my last thing HUMANS inherently ain’t sh* t, not just women. This guy is so biased and a dork lol. I misspelled his last name purposely, fyi.

The app doesn’t remember anything. It doesn’t keep my place in the podcast or which podcast. If keeps asking my to turn on notifications and it will stop playing randomly

I love Mike, love the stories, format, plus, rewind, nightmares, all of it. But I am soooooo annoyed with this app. I’m going to see if I can go back to the podcast app. Because this app will not keep track of progress. Meaning when I stop listening everytime I reopen the app I have to figure out where I left off. And on top of that it doesn’t even save the last place I navigated too. So when I’m trying to find the episode I left off on it won’t even open the right season or anything. I literally have to navigate from the home page EVERY TIME.

for $10 a month, you think the app could pick up where you left off on a certain episode, instead of having to find the one you were listening to, and having to guess the time mark. for $10 a month, you’d think you’d be able to create a queue

Finally a true crime show that isn’t more worried about cow towing to the sensibilities of True Crime Karen’s and SJW’s who are more concerned about the virtue signaling of hosts than the truth. He doesn’t feign outrage over using the right magnate or fluffing up one side of a story or another based on a subjective and ever changing victimhood hierarchy. If you want to listen to true crime without emotional manipulation or feigned moralizing designed solely to please the TC cult, this is your guy. Join us. He will tell you the story and call it straight without any regard for checking with the “tone” police beforehand. Bad guys come in all shapes, sizes, genders, sexualities, colors, belief systems and political spectrums. Bad guys can turn out to be good guys and victims can turn out to be perpetrators. What you’ll get listening to this show is a guy who tells the actual story no matter where it takes him. It’s so refreshing.

Playback on the app pauses with podcast and video. Video will play for short time in very poor quality and then with get stuck rendering. You have to close the app, re-login more often than not, locate where you left off and hope and pray it doesn’t get stuck in the loop again. Side note - I use 1g fiber internet have video quality set to auto.

Where are the settings for the sleep timer and to change ascending descending view.
