Leider oft sehr abgehackt sowohl im sehr gut ausgebauten WLAN Bereich als auch mobil
iOS 17 - am Ende geht nichts mehr zuverlässig
Also das in die Jahre gekommene Design der App ist ja noch halbwegs ertragbar, aber nach dem fehlenden App Update zur Anpassung an das neue iOS 17 ist die App mehr oder minder unbrauchbar. Mal klingelt es, mal nicht. App wird im Hintergrund immer geschlossen, dann ist man offline. Unsere IT in der Firma legt sich hier auch die Karten. [..]Im Netz der Telekom ist am iPhone 14Pro keine Verbindung zum Swyx-Server mobil möglich. WLAN oder anderer Netzanbieter geht. Das versteh mal einer 😅 Die arbeiten jetzt eine Woche an einer Lösung, aber bisher hat scheinbar nichts geholfen. EDIT: Löschen der Netzwerkeinstellungen am iPhone hat geholfen.[..] Wie sowas an Firmen als Businesslösung verkauft werden kann, ist mir ein absolutes Rätsel. Am Besten ist dann die Recherche an wen man sich wendet, wer ist denn dafür nun verantwortlich, Enreach, Swyx, das IT Systemhaus was die Software und Lizenzen vertreibt? Und seien wir mal ehrlich, jeder normal interessierte Nutzer weiß, dass es im September ein grosses iOS Update gibt. Nur die Programmierer von Swyx augenscheinlich nicht, wenn ich Stand heute sehe letztes Update vor 6 Monaten.
Eingeschränkt nutzbar
Maue Optionen ( Klingelton 5 Standard Optionen und bei 50 Personen geht jeder 2te an sein Mobiltelefon falls es klingelt) Funktionen als ob die Entwickler niemals selber telefonieren. App aus dem Jahr 2008.
Anrufe aus Protokoll ausblenden
Leider ist nirgends die Option zu finden, wie sich die Swyx-Anrufe aus dem nativen iOS Protokoll ausblenden lassen?!
Katastrophe!
Absolute Katastrophe. Anrufe kommen nicht durch. Wenn sie durchkommen, dann wenn man sich von der App abgemeldet hat. Die Sprachqualität lässt ebenfalls sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Die App funktioniert leider sehr schlecht und ist fast nicht zu gebrauchen. Nur einige Fehler: Klingelt obwohl ich abgemeldet bin, Verbindung zum Server funktioniert nicht immer zuverlässig, ständige Verbindungsabbrüche, hakelige Gespräche trotz vollem Netz.
Wow
Ein Update nach 10 Monaten, nur um das Logo zu ändern. Der Entwickler muss ein erfülltes Leben haben :-D Nicht einmal das Abmelden funktioniert zuverlässig. Obwohl man sich am PC und in der App richtig abmeldet, ist man spätestens 2 Tage später wieder angemeldet. Was für eine Programmierung 😂😂😂

Bitte nicht nur das Symbol und den Namen ändern, da gehört noch mehr dazu …. !!! Totaler Schrott. Abbrüche ohne Ende, fehlende Einträge in den Telefonlisten uvm.
