- View claims – Easily track your claims including the status and your costs.
- Virtual care – Routine care, prescription refills, and urgent care right from your app, whenever it works for you.
- Refill your prescriptions – You can set up automatic refills and reminders for your medications.

Doesn’t let me log in

For some reason this app will not let me log into my account. I log in on the browser just fine. And if I delete the app and redownload it will let me log in, but after it doesn’t let me log in again unless I redownload again. Such an annoying bug please fix

Absolute garbage

Does not work right. Customer service is non existent. Ai bots respond to messages giving no help.

Won’t load

Can’t get anything to load on this app. It worked initially but I think there was an update and now it won’t load.

Bad app

The app is slow and I can’t find what I’m looking for

Nothing works

Can’t sign in, can’t use get care feature / get online care with a doctor because the patient questionnaire doesn’t work. The app is so glitchy.

Terrible

This app is horrible, every button I push comes back with some kind of error. Been on hold with Anthem for over 22 minutes trying to get some kind of support. The chat is worthless can’t get any help there

Slow and full of glitches

Downloaded app and extremely disappointed. It is very slow and glitchy!! Hit or miss when logging in. Often I get a “ Sorry we can’t log you in at this time. Give us time to fix the issue” message. When updating my profile it took 6 tries for it to finally accept my phone numbers without getting an error message. Took 3 attempts to add my primary care doctor without getting an error message. Most functions buffer, especially the “Care” section until they time out with an error message. Expected more from this app!!

Trash

Do yourself a favor and just use the website. This app doesn’t work at all. Complete garbage.

Nothing in this app works

I don't know why this app even exists. Every action i try to perform gives me "Sorry, something went wrong, please give us time to fix it. Then, try again." ... Im just trying to see basic information 😕

Worst app

Online support makes you wait for so long. Phone lines will never pick up. Connected with an agent and no response from them either.
