I select my drone from the options and it takes me to the controls but it just doesn’t connect. And it’s disappointing because without it I can’t see out the camera. It worked when I first downloaded it but not anymore.

Worked a couple years ago on older iPhone but won’t connect to iPhone 15 pro. No wifi signal found and I am technical and have tried everything.

I love flying my SYMA x300 drone, but the camera won’t connect to the app on my phone. It does instantly connect on my iPad app though. If they can fix that, it would be great. I am in touch with customer service about this and they’re trying to help with the situation. I hope it’s fixed soon. It’s still not fixed as of last year, but I hope it’s fixed soon. It will not connect drone to iPhones, only iPads. Just a heads up. Update: went to Apple due to an issue I was having on my phone. They did a hard reset on my phone and that helped a lot. I can now see live feed and everything on my phone. I’m going to play with other app features tomorrow. So, if this app doesn’t work on your phone, back your phone up and go to Apple to get a hard reset.

This is a very good app for the drone but it really wants you to look around to find how to use it and you will have to go to settings to connect and use to see gps at first I couldn’t bring it to me last time I lost it one my roof.. but it is a good app to see how your drone is going and looking at

Some of the pop ups are English messages with Chinese Yes/No buttons. A little frustrating to have to guess the first time what you are answering but not insurmountable. The most frustrating is that videos will not save to my Photos app. I select the video, click the almost hidden icon to download (it is halfway cutoff by the notch at the top of the phone), click the Chinese answer for yes I want to save to photos, and I get a grey bar at the bottom of the screen that simply says “error”.

No matter what device I’m on or what I do the application will not open at all.

i have the x300 and i loat it on a roof only because it was unresponsive and i was not far away from it either. app is totally unresponsive and so is the controller also the roof is at least 3 stories high so a ladder cannot get it down. drone is trash please up your game.

App does not open

Two separate phones, both on iOS 16.4, both running the latest version of the app. The app splash screen displays and the app closes without opening to a usable screen. Disappointed 11 year old because he wanted to fly drones with his dad.
