The app will not load often …. Just on my iPhone. My android phone no problem…. The app is convoluted and confusing. I don’t know why if I call for cooling stage 1, stage 1 and 2 comes on…. Call for stage 2 stage, 1 comes on. Bah I don’t like this Symbio at all.

Was working before the new iPhone 16 came out. When I upgraded. This app just freezes. I’ve uninstalled it. Reset my phone and nothing works

Trane needs to fix their technology. If you’re going to advertise state of the art integration easy startup and functionality then your product should work. Unfortunately this is not a reliable app.

This app requires you to toggle on “Allow apps to request to track.” HOWEVER, if your device is a company owned device managed with an MDM such as Apple Business Essentials, this feature cannot be toggled on. Considering it’s a commercial app, I’d suspect that most company devices are managed devices. I confirmed with Apple this privacy setting cannot be toggled on in settings. Therefore, employees would have to install this app on their personal devices and toggle the privacy setting on in order to use the Symbio app. I checked on my own personal device whether I have this setting toggled on. I don’t! That means I’ve been able to use 100’s of apps without having to toggle this on, but Symbio still hasn’t fixed theirs???

Same, app does not work. Downloaded on 2 separate phones. Stuck on building screen. Terrible, support your product and provide better tech support and service please.
