Symmetry Blue brings physical access to your mobile device.
Simply open the app and present it to any enabled Symmetry Blue Physical Access Reader, and your phone will securely authenticate as if it were a card. Symmetry Blue aims to provide the most convenient and user friendly experience when it comes to secure access via mobile device.
Enrollment of smart phones within the Symmetry system is
straightforward and does not require a license, separate portal, or third party subscription. All users must do is download the app, enroll it in their system, and they are ready to begin using their mobile device to gain access.

Updates
Every time the app updates the Device ID on the app changes and I am unable to access my parking garage, building or any of the doors controlled by the App. So annoying.
Broken
New version is broken. Just says ‘inactive’ and will not work with out Bluetooth readers.
App is broke
As of the latest update 3.8.2 the app appears to be broken. When opening the app it displays that is is ‘inactive’ and nothing seems to cause the badge functionality to work. The app support link in the App Store redirects to a 404 page on the AMAG website. The contact info on the AMAG website is not correct. When attempting to call the numbers listed the call cannot be completed. This is wholly unacceptable and I cannot obtain any information on how to contact this company.

Version 3.8 is completely broken, does not perform the connection attempt and sits at “inactive”
Works great but any chance of an I-watch app?!?
Works great in our building and so excited to have this app over a fab! Any chance on getting an application for the apple i-watch please please please 😀
Latest Update Does Not Work
Settings show blank screen making it unable to show code. So app is pretty much useless with 3.4
What’s the point if you can’t register
The settings is missing. The settings you need to get your device ID is completely missing rendering this app completely useless. What’s the point... we should have went with another system. Gonna use keycards for now...
Need Apple Watch functionality
Would work great if there was a function to use Apple Watch.
Apple Pay Opens Up
It keeps opening up Apple Pay when I go to use it. Other people who use Apple Pay are saying the same thing. This needs to be fixed.
