Symptom Tracker゜

Very simple, easy to use and thought out app. Great visualization and useful ability to export. Anything I want from this kind of app is already implemented.

I have been looking for a symptom tracker for awhile and have tried so many different apps. This is the best and easier to use. There is a free version although I found the paid version to be a good deal for what it offers

Use to manage a recurring issue that always seems to crop up but in hindsight if I had been recording my symptoms daily as I am now with the symptom tracker I would have been able to be more proactive regarding treatment. Also great tool to share info with my healthcare team.

Great app. Easy to use, and so helpful for helping figure out what is triggering my migraines.

Having the ability to add additional symptoms and treatments while documenting in the day screen would make this a 5star.

This app has worked seamlessly for me, allowing me to track and produce reports for multiple medical & menopausal issues. Extremely easy to use!

Really great app but missing some features that would make it A+ for chronically ill patients. I wish we could attach reports from providers to events, that there was more options to elaborate on symptoms and treatments when you enter them, that you could add *just* the symptoms you are having per event. That the notes box was bigger so you can read it well, could add provider contact info and maybe a med list. But I’m using it every day and it’s really helping!

Symptom Tracker is a simple straightforward easy to use app. I use it to track symptoms caused by the multiple autoimmune disorders I deal with daily. I upgraded to premium to allow for tracking more symptoms. I would rate 5 stars if the app had the ability to track symptoms throughout the day instead of the current single log entry per symptom per day.

I mainly chose this particular app because I was concerned about data privacy with the free symptom tracker apps. I don’t want my private health information linked to me and sold to other parties. I am happy with the app so far! It is easy to edit add new symptoms or treatments as they come up. I like that you can choose btwn different rating/severity scales for symptoms. There is an option to rearrange symptoms but I wasn’t able to get them to actually move around for some reason. Filling out the day’s entry is quick and the notes section is helpful.

I’ve been having reoccurring episodes of some sort of chest pain with breathing problems. ER said everything was fine so I went looking for an app to track any symptoms I have and the days that I have them to better try to figure out what’s going on. this app seems great. You can input your own symptoms and track the severity of them. If you want to use the free app, you can only input five symptoms so you have to get creative. but so far so good. I think this will help me figure out what’s going on.
