This new version is awesome!
This new version is really nice, with the new design of the app and I can hide my balances too plus see the square list and list views of my accounts. Looking forward to see more cool features!

Pending transfer
This banks are the most useless and unreliable online banking I have ever dealt with sent money out of my account to someone on the 07/01/2022 They withheld the transfer and sent me an email saying I should email them to clarify the payment I which I did and they never reply or even acknowledge it ,over 5days still no reply from them I have no idea what’s going with my money £1360 for that matter ,am going to report them to financial ombudsman and I hope this bank get shut down cos they are useless how can you pending a transfer for over 5days and no contact with the customer and besides they don’t have a contact number to call directly or even web chat
My account been hacked and can’t get back into it

Great Solution
Sync has been rather beneficial to my life as I’ve been able to simplify my finances by linking all of my banks and credit cards to one app This helps me to work out how much wealth I have whilst reducing my screen time greatly (as I went from using 9 apps daily to just 1) If this is what you’re looking for, definitely give Sync a look, you’ll most likely feel the same way 👍🏽
Avoid
Opened an account then they held my payment while they looked at my account over 2 weeks ago just an automated message and nothing sorted while my wages are held!!! Reporting them. Avoid at all costs
Money held
My account has been frozen for over 3 months now, I have reported you to the fca and requested to close my account multiple times. You are still holding my money. When will this be sorted out
