After the new update, the app crashes immediately every time I open it. Tried deleting and reinstalling, issue still persists
I cant open any file. Stuck loading when entering the OTP.
The new version has rendered my Syncplicity storage useless for mobile access. The app freezes on the OTP process and will not allow me to access anything.
Even after the latest update, the iPhone & iPad apps still aren’t functional. The app times out when I request a OTP. I received the OTP text, but the app freezes & I’m unable to login.
Recent updates have locked my folders on iPhone XR. When the app was working it was a 5 star app. With the update it is not very useful.
App crashes as soon as I enter the password to open a folder. Never got to use the app.
Gets stuck on 2nd verification login, constantly loading....
Just installed the lates app (ver 4.7.0 / build 2951). This version supposed to fix a problem where large PDF file will not open, now pdf files open but the app crash after 2 seconds. Open a medium size pdf file , wait for pdf to open, wait another 2 seconds, notice app crashes w/o you doing anything. This is on my iPhone X, iOS version 11.4.1 Was it ever tested? Update: same issue with latest app version 4.8.0. Latest iOS 12.3.1. Contacted the developer support about 10 weeks ago. The do not have a fix ...or seem to care....

Intel uses this as part of our internal infrastructure, I honestly don’t know why we don’t just use Dropbox instead...
