Owners removed the option for payment through the app, this option was slightly lower than in store as a bonus for using the app. They issued a “technical difficulties” prompt in app but through that time they then raised prices in store resulting in a complete loss and increased prices for the customers. Lost a long time customer due to greed and many others including staff have said the same about this issue. Do better for your customers Syra, without us and the community there is no business.
No permite pago con tarjeta
Desde hace meses que no se permite el pago con la app y por lo tanto no podemos acceder al descuento, el principal atractivo y motivo para tenerla.
App fuera de servicio
Desde que ya no permite pago en app, no he vuelto. 2,60€ no es un precio atractivo teniendo otras ofertas de cafeterias especialidad con tope a 2,20€ 2,40€…
Ver historial de saldo
Hay alguna forma se ver el historial de los puntos que voy adquiriendo o restando. Cuando hago alguna operación sea compra o redimir nunca lo veo reflejado al momento. Estaría bien poderlo ver
No admite pagos
Desde hace semanas no admite pago con tarjeta. No parece que vayan a darse prisa en solucionarlo ya que la app te permitía tener un descuento respecto al precio en tienda, al menos según los precios marcados en Madrid.
No funciona el pago
Con la última actualización al pedir el café por la aplicación no se cobra en la tarjeta, con lo que el descuento prometido no existe…
