T-Mobile DIGITS

It doesn't always sinc with mobile, doesn't send messages and has a lag time. I wish you just had a online one that you didn't have to download.

I’ve been using this app since many years now it’s worked too slow. If you log out log back and you take a long time plus sometime it does not send a message or receive message plus while you do logout login you gonna lose some messages or more messenger or all of them it’s not easy to use app so many bugs even after that many year they cannot fix it unbelievable

Most of the time when it notifies me that I got a txt, I go to read it and nothing is there - what’s the point of publishing the app if it doesn’t even do the most basic thing right?

Can’t even login the app, just freezes when you type in your password. Deleted, reinstalled and restarted, no change. Same problem… useless app.

The app logs you put randomly and is buggy, definitely an afterthought. I wish they would improve it.

this app doesn’t even work with just basic functionality. You can’t even send and receive text messages reliably. 8 out of 10 fail and you can go days with no text messages even though business colleagues and friends are texting you and thinking you are ignoring them. Can't even log in most of the time. I have 5 business lines, and I can’t even operate my business.

. This is still the worst built app ever it is now December 20 24 and this is the worst and it hurts to wait for this app to work.

Works great for contacting customers. I do not get any notifications even though all are turned on. No texts or calls.

You’ll get a notification with the message but when you open the app there’s nothing to see. Not good for business

Attempting to send text messages with this is like trying to text using a 1996 Nokia. It breaks messages up into a bunch of 120 character messages and then sends them completely out of order. I want to use this as my business line to message with prospective clients, but when I send a message trying to summarize my interaction with the client, the message is so jumbled it’s basically unreadable. It’s 2024.. even iPhone supports RCS.. do better tmobile! I am thinking I will port my number to google voice.
