Useless!
I’ve had this “scam shield” on for at least 2 weeks and it hasn’t blocked ONE SINGLE CALL!! No calls blocked, and I get at least 5 spam calls a day… what a joke
Blocking calls in my contacts
I gave it full access to my contact list and it’s blocking them. Tried to turn it off and it says oops something went wrong call 611. Really? I have had so many issues with T Mobile since I switched 2 years ago it’s ridiculous. I regret switching. Dropped calls all the time etc etc.
Spam likely no more
Update Dec 30th 2024: 7 spam calls blocked within last 30 days. Unfortunately 18 spam calls made it through during those 30 days. 28% success is a joke! Thank God I’m not paying for the premium version of garbage. Update Dec 3rd 2024: 16 spam calls blocked within last 30 days. Unfortunately 24 spam calls made it through during those 30 days. Less than 50% is not acceptable! Every spam call is getting through now. I haven’t seen a call flagged as spam likely in a week or so. Used to work fairly well. Now it is non-existent.
Stopped working
Don’t know if it’s because I’ve already blocked too many calls but it no longer allows me to add anymore calls to the blocked list, if that’s the case then they need to inform us exactly how many we’re allowed.
Useless unless you use paid version
This app is useless, and unless you use the paid version. Too many restrictions. T-Mobile sound like it works, but not if you’re using the free version
It needs a update
The app is not working. You can’t mark a number as blocked. The entire app needs an update, nothing works and I feel like they’re the ones scamming me if I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work! I’m better off just using my iPhone to block numbers, and that’s free!
Scam shield
Scam shield works very well, I haven’t gotten any calls from any scam or any unwanted numbers keep up the good work.
It really cut down my spam calls
Compared to the spam content, my friends have this app has cut down to less than one a day for spam calls. However, I no longer have T-Mobile and cannot find out how to cancel this subscription
iPhone 14 Plus with 2 lines
ScamShield doesn’t cover both lines - just the new one which I haven’t given to anyone. My older line gets the calls, but I will need the coverage on both lines.
