The app is a mess. Moreover it is largely useless unless you go through interminable bureaucratic nonsense online beforehand, whereby you are expected to submit passport id details to register, have these validated etc etc. To buy a bus ticket. A bus ticket. The whole thing insane, wasting travellers time and effort and keeping idiot bureaucrats in jobs.

The point of an application is to make your life easier. This application does the opposite that it’s so useless and it doesn’t make any sense that you have to scan your card to be able to see your balance of to top it up. What a waste of time going through the hoops to download it.

Completamente inútil. NFC muy poco confiable en iphones 12 y 14. No activará tarjetas nuevas. ¿Cómo se lanzó esta aplicación cuando no funciona?

App doesn’t allow card to be scanned. Even with camera enabled. Kind of defies the point of having the app, please can that be fixed?

As in the heading, glitchy and useless app, a total waste of public resources.

Quan podrem utilitzar la T-mobilitat digitalment des de l'app? I perquè no directament amb la targeta bancària, com a Londres? Fa l'efecte que no tenen les prioritats clares a l'ATM: volem un sistema fàcil i accessible, no un altre app per quedar més modernet.

This app is useless. Shame that such a big organization cannot create a proper app that actually works…

Sería 5 estrellas si no costase tanto escanear cada vez la tarjeta cuando entras en la aplicación. Aparte cada vez que tengo que recargar nunca me acepta el pago de inmediato tengo que intentarlo varias veces o esperar un tiempo para volver a intentarlo….

Card activation doesn’t work. The pin that the web gives me is not accepted when I try to activate the card in the app. Have wasted enough time, will activate it next time I go to the station.
