This Interval Tabata Timer offers:
• Very intuitive interface. After installing this timer you need to press one button to start a tabata workout with classic settings.
• Ability to set up prepare, work, rest, rest between sets, cool down time, number of cycles and sets.
• Intervals can be configured individually. With this interval training timer you can create any interval workout with any sequence of intervals.
• Voice assistant with text-to-speech.
• Add descriptions to intervals that will be displayed on the timer screen and will be voiced.

Update Malfunction.
The Timer for Start and End, Seems to be Malfunctioned. I Started My Workout at “9:30am”. Which Ended at “9:50am”. But, when The Workout Has Ended, it Shows “9:30am-9:30am.”
Helpful way to strength train
I use this app to record my workouts with my trainer so I can do them again at home each week.
Some improvements
Like some of the new features. Cannot swear it links to my iwatch. However graphics are harder to read than previous feature. Love we can do smaller amounts than 5 sec. Also on some exercise routines the app freezes or skips counting. No other apps are running.
