Poor internet and customer service
Internet doesnt work for 15-18 days a month. Tickets are kept open for 3-4 days. Lack of issue redressal.
worst customer service
my ticket was issued 3 days back with the id number 371964. I was asking for the assistance but they told me my wifi needs reconfiguration and they are going send a technician at my house so i told them i have office meeting scheduled please send the technician before 6pm and it’s been 3 days now and i called customer service 3 times but still help. Worst experience with tachyon broadband!
