I never set up a password on my tactacam but it says I need one to use the app and that needs to get fixed

App crashes when you try to load videos

Worst app ever. Does not work yet these people are selling it still

When trying to watch videos on app it crashes

The phone app works fine when you just use the video mode .. but when using the best feature of “loop mode “ it will cause the app to crash on iPhone when you go to access your videos. It’s like a data overload. I have found it work fine in (blue)video mode to access my recorder videos for most of my fishing trips but I may as well use your competitors action cams if I have to hit start and stop .. I am sending this review 2/12/2023. I have emailed Tactacam support and they advise they are looking into anUpdate for the app. But have no ideas on a time line …Since it’s bin a year from there last update hopefully they have not abandoned this camera. I myself will not buy another product from Tactacam if they cannot support there products software. They continue to sell this camera and there top tier New units for 2023 . But how can we commit when we have no developer support for basic software that is part of there top selling points to purchase there cameras. You guys have the outdoorsman best idea. Now back it up and keep updates coming for everything you continue to sell

I’ve owned the Fishi about a year now. I’ve never had a problem with it, it works flawlessly. The only complaint I have, is I wish it could use a much larger sd card, up to a 256gb - 512gb card! That way when I’m fishing a 3 day tournament, I don’t have to download and erase the sd card every night. I could wait till I get home to download and edit! The 64gb doesn’t cut it for a 3 day tournament, it’s the very reason I’m thinking about going to a go pro! The only reason I haven’t went go pro yet, is you have to pay for their app!🤷🏾‍♂️🎣🫡

Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It crashes every time you try to view your videos!

90% of the time the app does not let me connect to the Camera to download videos. Plenty of similar reviews. I guess Tactacam doesn’t care about having a working product. Very frustrating. The whole reason I got the device was so I could avoid a computer.

Crashes every time I try to view videos. Based on past reviews, this has been an issue for quite awhile. FIX IT!!!! Very annoying.

Can't view media or crashes. Can't "tag" video in loop mode. Only start record it stop record. App and camera are useless without these basic functions
