Not a great app to begin with

Really pleased with the whole system. App is very easy to use and love the option to have different temperatures in different rooms. The geofencing option is great have used it loads of times when we go out.

Thought I stood a chance of being able to factory reset wireless receiver how wrong was I ? Just added to a system that has been working fine now nothing works Just give us a reset so when your floored system goes wrong we can start again and hope it plays ball Gone from the system I have recommended to never again !

Great product, I have installed this on my own system as well as customers. Only ever had one failed unit which was replaced. Other than that. Very reliable.

The potential is here and just follows the Tado amazing ecosystem 👌🏻

Doesn’t work, will not recognise bridge qr

Clunky, and doesn’t really do much. Doesn’t flag errors you’d expect, not useful for installers at all really.

Tado is an expensive investment. A substantial outlays on the hardware. A Boiler installation. And then the chunky subscription. Sadly it is unreliable and has to be restated or reconnected pretty much every other day if not every single day. A shame. Rather an expensive shame.
