Cancelled my account
I just recently discovered this app, signed up for an account, and uploaded a few photos. It's a nice application. However, it automatically logged me out of my account, and I can't sign in anymore. When I messaged the support team, they asked me to do a few things for verification but told me that my account was cancelled due to rules violation. I asked them what rule I violated, but they didn't respond anymore.

Hello. Good morning, tagged. I can’t log in my account through facebook. I tried to open it using my facebook since that is what i use whenever i access my account but it says authentication failed and it suggests try again. I have a lot of cash-out there on hold and pending. Please help me. I need funds for my family. I still have to pay my daughter’s tuition and bills since I am just a single mother. Hoping for your kind consideration. Please respond. Thank you!
