Sehr langsam
Leider hängt die App sich immer wieder auf. Absolut schade. Ich hoffe auf Verbesserung
Wäre schön, wenn sie funktionieren würde
Grundsätzlich ist die App gut aufgebaut. Nur leider reagieren die meisten Punkte einfach nicht.
App übernimmt nicht die Punkte
Wenn ich mich über den Browser anmelde habe ich meine Punkte, melde ich mich aber über der App an sind alle Punkte weg sowie die Kundenkarte so verpixelt, dass die Kassiererinnen die nicht scannen können
Der Geduldsfaden platzt hier schnell
Schlechte User Experience. Das Interface ist ganz ok, aber wenn ich oben rechts auf das Profil-Icon klicke, lande ich auf der Wunschliste. Und bis sich mal was öffnet, das dauert sooooo lange. Oft will ich nur schnell was nachschauen oder auch bestellen, aber ganz ehrlich, mir platzt dann der Geduldsfaden, wenn alles so ewig dauert zu öffnen, dass ich es letztendlich sein lasse. Und nein, es liegt nicht an meinem Handy, an nem ausgelasteten RAM, meiner Internetverbindung oder mangelnder Aktualisierung.
Für mich nichts ‼️
Leider wirft die App einen öfter raus sodass man sich häufig neu anmelden muss ‼️ Nervig ‼️
Schlechter geworden…
Finde die App generell sehr praktisch, dass man Punkte sammeln und im Endeffekt sparen kann. Mittlerweile bekommt man aber bei 8000 nur noch 3,50€ Rabatt. Vorher wars viel mehr. Da lohnt es such kaum noch die App zu haben. Großer Kritik Punkt.
Performance Unbrauchbar
Die Performance der App ist unvorstellbar schlecht. Der Online Shop lässt sich zwar direkt aus der App heraus öffnen, es kommt aber sowohl in der App als auch im Onlineshop zu ständigen Fehlern (Ladevorgänge brechen ab, Seite reagiert nicht, Anklicken von Artikeln nicht möglich etc.)
App funktioniert nicht
Ich sollte die App aktualisieren. Klappte nicht. Neu runterladen funktioniert genau so wenig. Ich bin nicht die einzige bei der das Problem besteht. Und das schon über 2 Wochen.
Kann mich nicht anmelden
Leider versuche ich vergebens mich anzumelden aber auch email bekomme ich nicht leider sehr schade egal was ich versuche komme nicht drauf .
