do not install!
I was charged twice for one order, I wrote to support several times - the money was never returned. this is theft! support, contact me and return to me the money that you illegally deducted.
Bad work program
Why does Talabat keep crashing from the program? It is not possible to place an order
Lose your money
Not possible to get help with the order—the help page just never loads.
Disappointing
If an order is incorrectly collected, points are refunded, not money. The last few incorrectly collected orders did not return any money, points, or food at all. We order every day with talabat, but last two days were disappointing.
Terrible service and app, I received my order after 1.5 hour….
Use Careem instead
Delivery is stealing your money
For two weeks delivery guy can’t give me back my 380 AED! It is impossible to contact customer service! There is not even a phone number! My email doesn’t get responded and application just simply doesn’t have needed option for me! DON’T EVER USE THIS APPLICATION OR YOU WILL SERIOUSLY REGRET THAT!
They do not refund money for erroneous debiting!
24.10 I made an order of sushi. Due to failures in the program, I was charged twice for 91.45 dirhams. It is not possible to get a refund! Be careful!
