I dare you to find a customer service email. It doesn’t exist Complete waste of my time This is the most complicated merchant services, you can’t tell who you charge you can’t find receipts there’s no absolutely no customer service provided and when they do call the act like you’re the problem, this company does not provide customer service which you would expect from a service company endless wait on hold, obviously somebody who does not want to work or provide customer service to the ones that pay their freaking checks
Best app ever
Haven’t used this app that much yet just starting new company but seems to work so is the best most important app for being paid!

It reads update, which I did, and it is caught in a loop where I can’t use the app
Update required
It keeps telling me update required, so I updated it. And still tells me update required. That’s cool it’s not like I rely on this app to get paid or anything.
Unfortunately, I would recommend another app
As stated, this is unfortunately not a great system. Numerous small issues throughout the time I used this, however last straw was when continued to get run around when open app and says version not supported. Asks to update, when you go to do it, it says latest version and continues to go back and forth. Customer support email is undeliverable, so that’s not helpful. No phone number on the app. When reach customer service, some try to be helpful. Escalated to tier 2, after 8 hours total with customer service over 3 days. Entire time unable to take payments. Then asked if I’ve shut down the device. Yes, before even called the first day, obviously. Also obviously uninstalled and reinstalled with same effect. Ending my service and going to square.

Super easy to use and I love the ease of it. The invoice part is super easy

Not only does the app crash after adding new services to the system. The worst part is “Elevon” which is the company that handles the credit card transactions. Everything was working just fine for about a week before they decided to do a “review of our account.” which consisted of them holding almost $1000 until we could prove we were the business we said we were. At Elevon, they do not understand the difference between your legal business name and “DBA” or (Doing Business As)
So not only did We receive an impersonal email notifying us there was a freeze on our money, it is also happens to be holiday weekend, AND the day before our payroll is due. Meaning, if we could somehow produce this paperwork that does not exist, they also would not be able to verify anything until the following Tuesday, but even that, it could take up to a week. Ultimately, we are just going to reverse the charges to our customers, and redo the transaction through the Best credit card transaction company for small businesses, SQUARE INC!!!

Keeps asking for updates
Every time I attempt a transaction, it tells me I need to run updates. I keep running them for each transaction. This is messing up my business.
