Why is talk home not showing my phone number but showing different numbers when I call ?
I gave the app 4 stars because my family kept complaining it is displaying different numbers when I call them.
No way to check remaining data?
No way to check remaining data? No texts when you are getting low either...

As soon I updated my app it’s not working
Rubbish. Wants access to contacts when all I wanted to see was how much I used my monthly usage.

The app doesn’t show the current usage like data, sms and minutes of my plan, unlike others. It is for top up only, which I rarely use because of its expensive cost and highly discourage people to use it. I uninstalled the app and use the web to manage my plan and account instead.

Rewards are promised but they never show up in your account (reward Centre) I contact customer services they said there is a technical issue, rewards are coming to you. But in fact they only pushed me off, but not tried to help me. many thanks

App worked fine for a month then stopped opening and when it does, it’s really slow
Don’t waste your money.
Connection problem: Very first, when i try to call someone it says , call failed. at the beginning i thought probably some internet issue , after a few moment i tried several times again. still the same. i emailed them but they didn’t fix it. call but no ringing sound: what a trrible experience it would be if u see it’s ringing but do not get any sound. besides, if someone pick up the call and u hear nothing from the other end. poor customer service: only emailing them is the option to contact , nothing else. besides , they do not reply at all. guys, Don't fall on trap seeing some eycaching offers.
