Next to no customer support
This is the worst app I’ve ever used and it’s not cheap!
Bad experience
Edit: There is no trial! It asked me to pay immediately. Total time waste. No demo mode asks you to pay right off the bat. No chance to try
Trust a bad review
Sometimes, you just have to trust a bad review when you read one. Total waste of time. To be honest, I'm not against paying for an app. On the contrary, I've purchased many apps. But the experience here is flawed. Just charge for the app from the start instead of letting a user download this at all. What's the point of going through the process of downloading, configuring, choosing a number to use, selecting a number for SMS, and then realizing nothing works until you purchase a subscription? An in-app purchase means, "I like what I see so far and I want to pay for the whole kit and kaboodle". I have yet to see anything. Thanks.
waste of money
incoming sms does not work. emailed support and all they told me was to purchase the pro version of the app which i had already done. Don’t waste your money on this.
Continuing to be billed well after I canceled my subscriptions.
Not sure how they’re able to continue to bill me after my subscription was canceled and expired under the subscriptions settings.
App does not work at all.
Subscribed to their $6.49 plan; the app keep saying no active subscription found, please subscribe to continue. Raised several issue tickets. Their support staff responses with your issue is being worked but no one really responses with any resolution. Very poor service. I cancelled subscription and they still charge my credit card. App does not work! Don’t waste your money!!
Very Basic and notifications don’t even work
I wish there were alternative sms Apps for Twilio. I’ve searched but only this app I’m finding so far. It will be great if the developers of this app can spend a few extra hours to improve the app’s feature, performance and even usability. It’s very slow and hard to use, compared to any sms and messaging apps I’ve ever used. Worst case, we can’t even get any notifications when customers respond. I have enabled notifications and even set the banner to persist. It still doesn’t notify anyone!!!
Rubbish app
It shows connecting to twilio over and over again but can’t connect. Why did you publish this app on App Store?
Doesn’t work
I paid for subscription and it still doesn’t work , says upgrade your account. Submit a ticket, no answer during 6 hours. What support service is doing?
