Nice and helpful

Tallink, I don’t care about the app. I care about the service. Why does app tell me that I can check in using self check-in machine when in reality I can’t? Why doesn’t it show the departure terminal (crucial information) more clearly? When there are several possible terminals the information must be highlighted. There should be a separate “card” or an “inline note” with warning signs (⚠️) or whatnot (🚨?) to grab the user’s attention. Especially if the terminal is non-standard (like the old Western one in Helsinki). I believe I saw this morning several people who were running from the new terminal to the old one because the tricks you are playing with people, Tallink!
