Very bad application.. sometimes even if you clock in, you don’t get clocked in and eventually you will not get paid ..

My app will not open after the latest update.

since the app update around 21 hours ago i can no longer enter the app without it crashing - i’ve tried reinstalling, turning my phone off and on again, nothings working. please fix this i love this app!!

Makes knowing when my next shift is simple and easy. I like the layout too; very nice 👍🏽

It’s not work properly and crash sometimes

I’ve used Tanda as an employee for 3 separate jobs now. One as a casual employee and twice as a manager. As a casual in 2021 is was useful to see rosters and get shift notifications. As a manager, I’ve only ever had issues with the app and the website, causing issues in the workplace. Our upper management agrees but changing to a different rostering system at this time is not a priority. Each “update” gets more bugs and irrelevant tabs added to the app. The app is the real issue in the equation. I’ve genuinely never used an app with as many bugs as this, and in this day and age, for an app and tool that is paid for by clients, it’s a disgrace. If the app decides to open it will most definitely show the wrong “tab” to what you’ve clicked on and then you need to click on different items on the page before clicking what you actually need to load before it will appear. The option to give feedback to the app has also disappeared so letting Tanda know the issues you have is troublesome. I would not recommend purchasing this programme to anyone wanting to streamline their rostering system.
