I really enjoyed using this app before, but I absolutely hate the new update :( really not user accessible at all, super laggy, and I can’t edit/delete my availability/time off anymore

good app

After working in the Club industry since 1987 it has been an absolute pleasure to work for the Hunter Group and Licensee James Bailey. Hopefully I can continue in this field for at least 5 years into the future, all has been Positive. Thankyou for teaching an old dog new tricks. PW

Tanda is such a great app because

A lot of it is team environment and the the push. Apart from the knuckle draggers. I find the kitchen is the heart beat of carina(bar the pokies) Good times reflect good food attitudes and hospitality.

I have been using Tanda since last year October as my employer changed the rostering system. At the moment not too bad but need more improvement. Such as, If we can cancel shift request before confirmation or shift swap function would be more user friendly. And also noticed, there were time differences between rostered hours and timesheet hours. Always rostered hour showed few hours more, so you do not know how many hours you work until you have full timesheet.

This app is a lifesaver!

Apart from the obvious function of seeing when I am rostered to work, I definitely appreciate being able to request shift replacements, seeing how much I am earning and getting a notification if I’m late for my shift — but it would be even better if I also got a reminder 6-10 hours before my shift (depending upon what shift, for example; 6 hours before a Night, 10 hours before an Early and 8 hours before a Late), or even a notification if I haven’t yet started driving towards work. It would also be great if I could view my work contract in the app, and perhaps, be able to save some notes related to work. Oh, and lastly, I really like the message I receive after a shift asking how the shift went and all the options/topics within this.
