The verification code comes up everytime I use the app for any banking. Interac transfers take 30+ when other banks are instant.

App not working properly for some time on iPad - very frustrating- just started working again on iPhone but I prefer iPad as it is bigger screen!

Rarely works and constantly freezes or kicks me out.

Havent been able to log in for almost 3 weeks now gone inside to the bank twice and have not been able to solve anything , so i cant pay my bills or make any deposits.

This application works as close to perfectly as an application can in my opinion. I have never had a problem with it that was not my fault since I started using it. And the support I have received when I messed things up from the Tandia team has been first rate. I cannot recommend the credit union and the application more strongly.

I have so many issues with this app. It lags and malfunctions all the time. It can be very frustrating.

Almost all other institutions that use two step authentication do so intermittently from your home computer and other trusted computer stations. Tandia’s website requires two step authentication EVERY time you log in. Most other financial institutions that require two step authentication have an option “trust this computer” I am becoming tired of Tandia making changes from the office that adversely effect my ability to have convenient banking locations and do quick , accurate and safe transactions. In a recent “change” Tandia has closed several branches and the new locations are NOT convenient to my home location. I am a customer of HTCU and Tandia for 50 years. I have never had an issue prior to this. Tandia needs to listen it’s customers and start making decisions to make banking more convenient

Sorry but compared to other banking institutions your app is horrible. It always says “system error” when trying to deposit cheques, it rarely seems to allow e-transfers to work, and the app fails to log in at times. Im so done and frequently frustrated… its not worth the time and effort. Look at the reviews, customers are not happy. Please bring the app up to modern day working standards, or risk losing clients.

Keep getting an error occurred message when navigating to different areas. Unusable since updated to iOS 16.1. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work at least once. Very disappointed.

I am never able to actually use this app recently as everytime I login it pushes me to a screen saying “an error has occurred please try again later”. I then will go and try to use the banking app within the safari browser on my phone which never really works so I end up having no access to my accounts unless I’m near an actual desktop or laptop computer.
