There was nothing wrong with the old design and function of the app. The “new and improved” version is literal trash. It’s not user friendly at all and is difficult to navigate. So disappointing! Bring the old one back, please!

Our local Tanger outlet mall closed all their in-person shopper services locations and replaced actual people’s jobs with this app. Receipt uploads often reflect inaccurate dollar amounts and/or erroneously get denied. It is difficult to find any way to fix these issues through the app. Do better and bring back the in person help, please.

Anytime i am on tanger property this app does not work. It makes this app feel like a scam

New app is difficult to navigate, often won’t load/function inside stores and membership doesn’t provide the same level of reward it used to. Uploading receipts to track points often takes multiple attempts. Spent over $200 in July, uploaded my receipt and just noticed last week it never processed. Now I no longer have the original receipt & when I tried using my credit card statement it says it’s past the 30 day window. No customer service reps on location any more to try to get actual help, either. Not an improvement, Tanger 🙄

Planned ahead downloaded app and clipped coupons. App wouldn’t work when I arrived at outlets with and without WiFi. Waste of my time

GAP AND ADIDAS CASHIERS DIDNT GIVE IT TO ME MY RECEIPT!!! I THOUGHT THEY PUT MY RECEIPT IN MY BAG BUT THEY DIDNT! WAS ABOUT TO UPLOAD MY RECEIPT TO TANGER OUTLET APP SO I CAN HAVE SOME POINTS BUT MY RECEIPT IS NOT THERE! TANGER OUTLET IN BYRON MICHIGAN THEY KEEP ALL THE RECEIPT FOR THEMSELVES!

I was a lifetime member and the service was amazing. Now you pay for higher membership but get nothing in return. When I emailed, there is never a response. Uploading receipts is hit or miss as they deny the receipt. Not given the opportunity to retake & submit. Reasons given don’t reflect what is submitted. I can see the location, date and amount clearly.

App is stuck at ready for great savings. Can’t use it. It will not go any further.
