My sensor got faulty, and it had to be replaced. The team got behind this very quickly and after monitoring my Tankbolt, the sensor was replaced. Thank you for the excellent service.

I am using this from last 10 month and found that the customer care is so cooperative and efficient to handle the problems quickly. I got connected to Mr. Saurabh who had resolved the issue quickly. Would recommend everyone to use this product.

They have created a nice app with great support from the backend team

The app is good but UX can be improved. Additionally, it can show neat graphs with water levels, historical levels along with time.

Whenever we need the app, it’ll be down. Most of the time it is saying “Device Disconnected ”

I am using tankbolt from Oakter from last 6 months. The product works as described and I feel it is the simplistic solution for the problem that many face. Quality of the software, smart switch and the wire provided is very good. Compliment to their product is their service. Anytime you ask something, there is quick response and the team is behind you to solve your issue. If anyone is in deliman if they should go for this product, I would say go for it without giving a second thought. One point of improvement: Is it possible provide a push button switch on smart switch. This is very useful to turn ON motor if the smart switch is not connected to home network. Using local wifi of tankbolt and switching ON tankbolt may be a difficult task for elders.

The time which is shown in activity log is not showing..please see to it..otherwise very nice user interface and overall experience

This device is good and great customer service as my sensor has problem they replaced and provided with great support I recommend everyone to use it as it user friendly and time saving for every time you have to go and check the water level and this is automatically ON and full your tank when it comes low
