Tanning Shop

Would be so much easier to use if it retained the shop that you use and if we didn’t have to keep putting in our username and password every single time! It’s quicker to ring the shop!!

why on earth do you have to keep logging in every time you come away from the app. Not even banking apps do this!

This is a waste of time as it just takes me to a webpage every time and I need to sign in again each time.

App doesn’t work after updating to iOS 16.5.1

Constantly has updates but nothing changes always seems to be down just like the website so you end up having to call your local store to book appointments

Rated 4* because the app is easy to use, it stays logged in (looks like this was an issue in the last) and I can easily see when there are appointments available, and book. The app design is old and outdated, I look forward to seeing when they make the app modern and increase capabilities.

Improvements Saving preferences on the shop most used Also showing how many beds available for each slot. This is a pain when trying to book the same time for myself and partner, it’s hit and miss if we get two beds at any given time. Other than that the app works well for what I need it for. More stars would be added for the simple changes already mentioned

The app is so outdated. Needs a design and dev overhaul. The website is continually down which means there is only the app to use to book but over the last few months it’s been hard to make any bookings due to the constant loading of the bookings page. Not to mention the still problematic need to login at every visit. At this rate, it’s probably better to buy your own bed.

It isn’t really an App. It just a landing screen which takes you to an inbuilt online platform where you have to login EACH AND EVERYTIME!

Good app which is easy to use, but I think it could be better with some minor improvements…. - GETTING LOGGED OUT: your logged out all the time, so you have to enter full email address and password every time you want to use the app. If it can’t keep us logged in, can we at least have the app pre-populate these fields? - FAVOURITE SHOP: Would also be great if your most used/local tanning shop had the option to be saved as a favourite so we didn’t have to physically search each time when wanting to book an appointment Thanks :)
