Tap Inspect - Home Inspections

This app has helped me to save so much time when it comes to writing my reports. It use to take me an hour or longer when uploading pictures. This is a one stop shop for home inspectors, and one inspection a month covers the cost!

I’ve been told for 4 years there was going to be an android version. All items I have are android based. I had to buy an iPad just for this program and can never access when I don’t have my iPad with me. Looking for a new product.

It would be helpful if the notes and report ID would show up on the Job Information Page. It would also be helpful if you could include or link to and reference the relevant building codes similar to the BlueDag App for ADA inspections. Also, the ability to mark-up a photograph would be great. Other inspection apps have these features.

The app itself is a great app for home inspectors but the customer service has been the worst by far. I have closed my business and they were supposed to delete my account over two months ago. They keep telling me we’ll get it in a couple days and it’s been several months. Very very disappointed with their customer service. If I get back into home inspections, I will use something different next time simply because of how bad their customer service has been.

I’ve had this app for five years in the beginning I didn’t have nearest many typos from auto capitalization, but now they seem to be rampant. I have emailed TechSupport asking for a conference, but got no reply

Getting expensive for small companies when paying for single inspections. Was $5 each and now for a yr it’s been $7.50 each. If it goes up again I’ll look elsewhere. Works good but there’s better apps out there though. Somewhat easy to use but time consuming.

Sometimes I need help setting up few features. I’m not familiar with the system I try no SUCCESS. I hope and Appreciate if you have someone to answer my questions and call me to walk me through the settings Thanks

Inspection program is top notch I enjoy the convenience between my phone and tablet pictures look great

Updating my rating to 5 stars because the app has been updated and the company hosted a customer update meeting last night. Glad to see progress is being made. Over the last year, I have been using a competitors software however I am now going to be coming back to Tap Inspect. 👍🏼
