My new tapt card!
I’ve recently received my tapt card - very exciting! First up I have to say their customer service is fabulous. Quick to respond, proactive, easy to talk to. Special thanks to Jack Waldron, Business Development Manager. Second, it looks pretty easy to use. It also looks great - both the digital card and the one I received in the mail. It’s great to have the back up. I’m excited to start using it! Thanks tapt!!
Card details didn’t save
I logged into Tapt with my QR code and saved my details. First time I went to use my digital card from the app on my phone my details were not there to share in a meeting.
Not great
The mobile app is not great - very poor UX and very difficult to update because of its clunky design
Excellent Product
I created my profile so quick and easy and bought my personalised card. Wow, I can’t wait to impress my first client with it. I still don’t have my card but already got my digital card in my phone wallet and it looks amazing!!!
So handy
