Buyer Beware
I am a TVI. One of my students received a Taptilo from his family. They’re not cheap at $1300+. After a few months, the Taptilo+ app would no longer work with the Taptilo device. After contacting customer support nearly 30 days ago, the app and device still will not pair and the only advice I have received is to try downloading the Taptilo 4.0 app, which also doesn’t work. In fact, it won’t even open. Unless I’m able to customize a word list for my student to use, the Taptilo is completely worthless. I do not recommend this product. Teachers and students can’t wait 30+ days for a company to deliver on their product. Time is short. We will have to move on to something that is more reliable.
