TASC app for iPhone

Received my card and attempted to set it up and cannot do so!! Called customer support and they couldn’t get it set up either and referred me back to my employer which cannot get it set up either! So they just continue to take money out of my paycheck and I can’t even use it!

Terrible, no way to communicate back on a denied, they make you submit the same claim over and over and they request the same info you’ve already submitted.

The app is much more reliable. The website does not allow document uploads.

Called customer service and was told that the proof of purchase needs to include detail description of the oct medicine/purchase. when I asked again for confirmation while turning on call recording, the representative refused to answer the question directly: whether the detail description of medicine is required for such reimbursement claim. also highly suspect they would misuse users' medical info collected.

You can’t contact customer service on the app, and on the rare occasion it’s working on the website you normally get an AI generated response and no real assistance.

Ever since the state of Connecticut switched to TASC, nothing but problems. App doesn’t work properly and it’s almost impossible to find a customer service phone number. They make it so difficult to use. The customer service staff are fine, but I don’t have the time during the day to constantly be on the phone. Too much of a hassle to use this stupid app.

Terrible application especially as it relates to type of expense hard to find correct type!!

The app makes it easy for me to manage all my benefit accounts. The request reimbursement feature is simple to use and I receive the funds usually within hours after I submit.
