When i start signup process this app shows an error msg “ required strung parameter ‘DeciceId’ is not present “ And there is no any single option to get guidance over there! Users have no idea Where to go? What to do ? How to do ?

Not working properly wIth ISO devices the app is not signing up

I used this app for the confirmation of my maid’s records which helped me alot to verify their verification .

To me it seems useless or unorganised by the team tried thrice to get registered but never got verification code

I had written the wrong phone number while registering. When dint Received pin code. I have check phone number and change. Now I will write correct the phone number. But Received message on applications popup already exist user with this cnic. Whats i do now ?
