Doesn't sync with health app
App is very confusing to use. too much content. very difficult to navigate.
Not syncing properly
Till last week the app was syncing with my iPhone health.. but for the past 10 days it’s not syncing. Kindly check and correct it
Need to enter login password everytime
Why did you design the app in such a way that it asks us to enter login password every time we open the app. You can provide biometry lock.
Not working
After the last update data is showing in the app but not syncing on the dashboard please fix this
Unable to sync
App is giving trouble while logging. It’s not allowing to enter the password. Gets logged everyday, earlier it wasn’t. Not sure if any update is rolled out. I’m facing the issue on a iPhone.
No Support from Tata AIA
No one is helping after installing the app from customer side tata aia, before the installation continue calling and sending the message that is very irritating.
Vitality not updating data properly
I am completing daily step goals and linked health app but is is not reading properly. Because of these I am loosing my points.
App not tracking Health app data from iphone
Application not working properly on my iphone. It is not counting my walking steps from the past 2 months. Not getting any points. Please update your app. It is not tracking apple health app data properly. We are facing issues here.
Does not track activity
I worked out whole week and it did not track even a single of my activity. You guys need to work on it.
