App Not working
For the last one hour I have been trying to place an order in Big Basket but it says something has gone wrong, try again
too much app crash and malfunctioning of app
company should work on this one to make app user friendly many time i don’t know why its started giving error particularly on order confirmation page i want to order in grocery but unable to place from 2 days
Frequent app downtime
This is one of the worst daily shopping app. Every two days there is some IT issue of the other and the functionality goes down. Sometimes the server is not responding, sometimes payment does not go through. It is really a mess.
Payment issue
Payment from Bigbasket goes on technical error
Worst app not worth the hype
Grocery ordering is not working since last days.. so many issues within app
Unable to place order
I am unable to do payment and order anything from Bigbasket via Tata Neu. It is showing server failure error since morning
When are we getting widget support?
Neu product team is pushing all new Neu CC users to use the app for UPI payments, but when are you releasing a Widget that allows people to quickly scan and pay easily through a widget, without really navigating through this sluggish app? Tata should have worked on a better App then this wrapper, that allows user to shop across different Tata e-commerce platforms like a web browser. Disappointed 😏
After the last update I can’t order anything
I have a bunch of items in my cart in BB but can’t order because of the famous “Something went wrong” pop up once I navigate to the payment page. It’s really frustrating. I have been trying since morning. Even reinstalled the app.
Unable to access Bigbasket
Recently it’s become impossible to place orders for Bigbasket.
